Refund & Return Policy

Due to the nature of agricultural products like Earthworms, Vermicompost, Seeds, and Bio Fertilizers, returns are accepted only under specific conditions.

Eligible Refund Cases

• Damaged packaging during delivery
• Incorrect product delivered
• Dead earthworms on arrival (if applicable)

Refund Process

Customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with product photos or videos.

Once verified, refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
